  • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in Addictions for the past 14 years and Mental Health for the past 5 years. I have my Masters in Clinical Social Work from The University of Connecticut and a Life Coaching Certificate from The Global Coaching Academy and have helped thousands of people around the world to make major transformations in their lives. 

  • I want therapy to be something you look forward to each week. I have a casual relaxed approach and am also  compassionate and have a sense of humor so that talking about challenging subjects like trauma and stress feels bearable. I work very intuitively with clients, combining several different modalities: CBT, Trauma Informed, DBT, Intuitive- Spiritual Based, Solution Focused, Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Relational, Inner Child , Attachment Styles and Couples Therapy.

  • I love creating a safe space for people who struggle with anxiety and anger issues and addiction.  I help clients to build awareness of why they feel stuck, whether in a relationship or career,  I work very intuitively with clients in collaboration, engaging them in deeper self-reflection to increase their clarity in life. Together we co-create a roadmap towards their healthiest version of themselves.

Credentials and Expertise

  • Yes, I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions through DOXY.me and Zoom. Virtual sessions are accessible through your browser or smart phone.

    You must be a Connecticut resident to work with me for Psychotherapy

  • I see clients in person on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9am- 7pm in our Ridgefield, Connecticut Office.

  • Initially, I request that  clients start with weekly sessions to establish a relationship and gain some nice momentum towards achieving your goals. Eventually, once you feel like you have gotten some gains and things are flowing nicely in your life, we can taper off to bi-weekly, and maybe even monthly.

  • It usually takes about 4-8 sessions to begin feeling noticeable progress towards your goals. However, this can vary depending on your goals and situation.  You are never obligated to complete a specific number of sessions and you can cancel at any time (see cancelation policy).

  • You are always free to bring someone to a session if they are willing to participate and if it is in line with your goals.

  • Your mood and confidence will improve, and you will start to reach some of your goals.

  • Once you are registered and set up on the platform, the system will automatically bill your insurance a few days after our session if you are In Network. We do keep a card on file to cover cash pay clients, co-pays and missed sessions.

Billing and Insurance

  • I take appointments Monday through Saturday, 9am-7pm.

  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the session time will be billed at the full rate.
